Teneille’s career spans over 25 years, in roles and client facing consulting that bring together HR, Payroll, Systems and Payroll Accounting. Bringing a depth of knowledge, Teneille provides practical people solutions giving your business the required support to transform your Payroll and HR space.
Teneille will focus on gaining a deeper understanding to a payroll problem or question – understanding a balance of both “the how” and “the why”. Add to that, her Post Graduate qualifications in Commerce and Commercial Law and her practical experience with a focus on systems, her aim is bringing confidence to Payroll teams, and assurance to Leadership.

Andrea is the ultimate professional when she combines her undergraduate degree in Commerce (Human Resources, Management & Commercial Law) and her Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources, with her incredible skill in navigating current Employee and Industrial Relation scenarios as they relate to payroll.

Jake has built a strong track record throughout his career to make data meaningful. He has a passion for taking information and establishing strategies to plan, improve operational efficiencies and solve problems.
Understanding that the way business systems are structured and designed to store data and information, Jake balances the data with engaging meaningful conversations and confirming methodology in proactive and retrospective review.
With experience across insurance, global retail and consulting, Jake has a strong interest in understanding and solving problems with data.

BUSINESS ANALYST
Amber brings qualifications in Applied Psychology and 10 years experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR advisory.
Coming from a leading retailer, Amber has a key eye for detail in making processes and procedure sustainable, whilst understanding the importance of the employee experience throughout. With the ability to coach and guide line managers and tie transactional results back to policy and process, Amber provides a unique skillset to the team, understanding employee lifecycles, HCM and payroll.
Hannah stewart
strategic Communications partner
Hannah holds an undergraduate degree in Communications and has experience in payroll administration and intellectual property within the retail sector.
In her most recent role on the internal communications team for the NDIS, Hannah specialised in creating accessible content and effectively communicating complex information to diverse audiences.
With her understanding of payroll complexities and the importance of stakeholder management, Hannah is dedicated to expanding TPAC's reach and client portfolio.
