Our Consulting engagements always begin with a mini-brainstorming session to work through exactly what assistance is required which typically runs for 1.5 hours. We discuss how involved you need us to be in the implementation process and from here, we assess the best way forward for you.

Engagements can then be delivered as a fixed price, time and materials or a retainer basis depending on how involved you need us to be.
