From this, we have had such an overwhelming response to our Consulting services and our specialist payroll knowledge, since launching 3&Co just over 10 months ago. From being onsite with our clients, we have seen such a need in business for skilled payroll specialists to provide short term assistance with the mix of long term ongoing practical support.

At the time of launching 3&Co, we were a little apprehensive about using the word Payroll in our branding - to be completely honest it almost felt like a dirty word. Something that was difficult to market. It didn't align with quality, professional advise. But in reality, we found that our customers need support within Payroll more than ever.

The Payroll Advisory Co. is now here! TPAC will provide our clients with practical Payroll support. Focusing on payroll in the real world, we will connect Payroll to your finance and HR function through our proven methods.

So what does this mean for 3&Co?

3&Co will provide a mix of HR strategy, HR execution and HR compliance. We have also found a gap in the market to fill those short term needs with professional HR advice that is tailored to business needs - that's practical and specific.
